Brown County Jail has a video kiosk in the lobby. Instead of a traditional face-to-face visit, you come to the facility and connect with your loved one by video through the kiosk.

The free lobby video kiosk is available Monday through Friday during the morning window: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

There's also an afternoon window Monday through Friday, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Here's the main rule to know: each inmate gets one free onsite video kiosk visit per week. If you want to visit more often, that weekly cap is the limiting factor.
