Brown County Jail phone & video changes (ICSolutions): how to set up JailATM accounts and schedule visits

Brown County Jail is moving to ICSolutions for phone and video visitation. Phone service through ICSolutions goes live on 09/24/25. Video visitation follows on 10/06/25.
JailATM.com is your hub for the new system. You'll use it to create an account, add funds to an inmate's account, and schedule video visits. I'd recommend setting up your JailATM.com account before the switch - it'll save time when you're ready to book.
Video visits at Brown County Jail last 20 minutes. On-site visits are free. Remote visits cost $5.95 each - unless you're an attorney or approved professional, in which case there's no charge.
Guest limit: A maximum of two guests may be in view during a video visit. Officers can use discretion for situations like small children.
Jail interruptions: Video visits may be cancelled due to a jail emergency, and visits may be recorded.
Visitation Schedule
- ✓ Off-site (remote) visits: Sunday–Saturday, 7:00 am–10:30 am
- ✓ Off-site (remote) visits: Sunday–Saturday, 1:00 pm–3:30 pm
- ✓ Off-site (remote) visits: Sunday–Saturday, 5:30 pm–9:00 pm
- ✓ On-site visits (Main Jail or Work Release Center): Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–10:00 am
- ✓ On-site visits (Main Jail or Work Release Center): Monday–Friday, 1:30 pm–3:30 pm
Expect video visits to be monitored and recorded. The exception: attorney and approved professional visits aren't recorded. That's how the jail keeps professional communication separate from personal visits.
Mail handling changes on 10/06/25. After that date, send all personal mail for Brown County Jail inmates to the JailATM.com processing address: JailATM.com Brown County Jail, WI, Inmate Name and ID Number, P.O.
