How to deposit funds, commissary, and payment options
Brown Creek Corrections uses mailed money order deposits for NCDAC trust accounts, processed through a vendor. Your money order must be in U.S. dollars and made payable to TouchPay Holdings. Fill out every field on the NCDAC deposit form in blue or black ink, and include the offender's full name and correct OID number on the money order. Each money order is limited to $300, and there are no fees for NCDAC trust deposits. Mail only the completed deposit form and money order to: TouchPay Holdings, PO Box 174, Houston, TX 77001-0174. Don't include letters, photos, staples, stamps, cash, or anything else. Only approved visitors can deposit. If there's a problem, TouchPay returns everything to the sender address.
