Butte-Silver Bow Detention Center organizes visitation by housing pod - each pod gets a specific day of the week. Start by finding out which pod your loved one is in, then match it to the right day. A Pod (Females) visits Tuesday. B Pod is Wednesday, E Pod is Thursday, and F Pod is Friday. Weekends are split: C Pod on Saturday, D Pod and Minimum units on Sunday.

Here's the key: the inmate schedules the visit, not you. Before making the trip, confirm with your loved one that they've actually set it up for their pod's assigned day. If they haven't, you could arrive on the right day and still be turned away.

Bring a photo ID. You won't get through the door without it.
