Once both accounts are approved, you can schedule a video visit, start an on-demand session (when available), and add funds for paid features. On the security side, North Carolina DPS has expanded cellphone-detection efforts and pursued Managed Access System equipment to detect, intercept, and block unauthorized cellphones.
