Video visitation registration happens through the ICSolutions website. Log in to an existing account or create a new one, then register for video visitation to start scheduling sessions. Remote video visitation runs daily in three blocks: 7:30am to 10:30am, 12:30pm to 4:30pm, and 7:30pm to 9:00pm. Schedule within those windows. For Video Appointment Visits (VAV), book at least 24 hours ahead. Legal representatives can see multiple clients in a day, but you're limited to one 60-minute VAV appointment per detainee per day.

Planning to send mail? Here's how the facility handles it. Starting Sept. 1, 2023, regular inmate mail gets processed off-site, then made viewable on inmate tablets. Legal mail (clearly marked and from a bona fide law firm) is processed on-site and opened in the inmate's presence before being searched for contraband.

2. Reuse your phone account if you have one: If you already have an ICSolutions account for inmate telephone services, use that same login for video visitation access.

• ✓ Use the free on-site visiting terminals if you’re visiting from the facility.
• ✓ Choose off-site video visitation (for example, using a mobile app) if you need to visit from home, and plan for it to be fee-based.
• ✓ Pick a remote time within the posted daily windows: 7:30am to 10:30am, 12:30pm to 4:30pm, and 7:30pm to 9:00pm.

1. Schedule your VAV at least 24 hours ahead: Book the appointment no later than the day before the visit time you want.
2. Follow the legal-rep limit if it applies to you: Legal representatives may see unlimited clients in a day, but only one 60-minute VAV appointment per detainee per day is allowed.
