• ✓ The incarcerated person’s full name and SCDC ID number (if you have it)
• ✓ Your full legal name and current contact phone number
• ✓ For virtual-visit list/name help: the visitor information you’re requesting and a copy of the visitor’s ID (to send to VirtualVisitation@doc.sc.gov)
• ✓ For GTL virtual-visit tech issues: the device you used and the basic details of what went wrong (date/time, any error message)
• ✓ For blocked-number or billing-related questions: any account details, transaction confirmations, or screenshots you can reference when you call
