How to Register to Visit Someone at Camille Graham: Online (June 1, 2025) and Paper Alternatives

Here's the big update: starting June 1, 2025, adults 18 and older with a valid South Carolina driver's license can register for visitation online. Paper applications are still accepted, and some visitors will need to stick with paper instead of the online system.

Starting June 1, 2025, you can register online if you're 18 or older and have a valid South Carolina driver's license. This is now the preferred path, and it saves you the hassle of mailing forms back and forth.

• ✓ Adults with an out-of-state driver’s license
• ✓ Adults who don’t have computer access or who run into technical difficulties using a computer
• ✓ All minor children (paper is required), with the appropriate documentation to verify the relationship as an immediate family member

1. Use the paper process if you’re not eligible for online registration - Paper applications are accepted for adults without a South Carolina driver’s license (including people using a passport or U.S. visa), adults with an out-of-state license, adults without computer access/with technical issues, and all minors.
2. Gather any required relationship documentation for minors - All minor children must go through the paper application process and include appropriate documentation to verify the immediate family relationship.
3. Mail your completed paper application to the correct address - Division of Visitation and I/M DT, P.O. Box 212969, Columbia, S.C. 29221-2969.
