How to Set Up Virtual Visits with an Inmate at Camille Graham: Account Creation, Scheduling, and What to Expect

You must be on the inmate's approved visitation list before you can request a virtual visit. Not approved yet? The system won't recognize you as an eligible visitor - even if you're immediate family.

Set up your account through GTL VisitMe at scdoc.gtlvisitme.com/app. That's where you'll create your profile and request virtual visits.

Each visitor needs their own login. Even if you're joining the call together from the same room or device, every person participating must create a separate GTL VisitMe account.

Watch the calendar when picking a time. Virtual visits must be scheduled at least three days ahead, but no more than seven days out. Book too early or too late and you'll have to pick a different date.

• ✓ You can cancel a virtual visit one day in advance.

Virtual visits cost $10 flat for a 50-minute session. You're charged when the visit begins - no partial refunds if the call ends early. Plan around the full 50 minutes so last-minute distractions don't cut into your time.

Need a visit outside the regular schedule? The warden (or an approved designee) can authorize special visits for immediate family members who are on the inmate's visitation list and verified on the department's relative screen.
