Virtual Visits at Camille Graham: Complete Setup, Scheduling, Costs, and Rules
Virtual visits at Camille Graham are straightforward once you know the system. You'll need to be on the inmate's approved visitation list, create a GTL visitor account, schedule within the allowed window, and follow ID and conduct rules to keep your visit from getting cut short.
You must be on the inmate's approved visitation list to request a virtual visit at Camille Graham. Not on the list yet? You won't be able to schedule until you're approved.
Note: SCDC Form 19-118 (Authorization for Adult Supervision of a Minor) isn’t required for virtual visits. That form is only required for physical entry into an institution.
GTL runs the virtual visitation system. Create your visitor account at scdoc.gtlvisitme.com/app. Everyone who wants to participate needs their own account - even if you're visiting together - and the name on your account must match the name on the inmate's approved visitation list.
- ✓ Be in place in front of your electronic device 15 minutes before the visit start time.
No last-minute scheduling here. You'll need to book at least three days ahead, but no more than seven days out - so you're working within a 3–7 day window.
Each session runs 50 minutes and costs a flat $10. Plan for the full time - you're billed the same whether you use all 50 minutes or end early.
- Modify your visit up to two days ahead - You can attempt to make changes to your scheduled visit two days in advance.
- Cancel at least one day ahead - Visits can be canceled one day in advance.
Have your ID ready before the visit starts. Approved visitors age 10 and older need a photo ID. Children under 10 must have a certified long-form birth certificate.
Up to four approved visitors can join a single virtual visit - that's the hard cap.
Recorded & monitored: Virtual visits are recorded and may be reviewed for appropriateness. If inappropriate actions occur, the visit will be terminated immediately.
Since visits are reviewed, keep everything on-camera and appropriate. Anything out of bounds can end the session immediately.
