Before you can schedule a video visit, you need to be approved through the visitor application process. That approval gets you on the incarcerated person's Approved Visitor List. Cedar Creek generally limits visitors to one person's list - so if you're already approved to visit someone else, that can affect where you can be added.

When you create your Securus account, enter your first name, last name, and date of birth exactly as they appear on your legal ID. Skip middle names and initials entirely. Even small differences can cause matching problems, so take your time and get it right the first time.
