Before visiting Century Correctional Institution, you must submit a completed visitation application and wait for approval. Don't show up until the inmate confirms your application went through. Submit by email to VisitappCenturyCI@fdc.myflorida.com or by U.S. Mail. Anyone age 12 or older needs their own application—only one per person—and leaving blanks can get you denied. Regular paid calls can last up to 30 minutes, and the system enforces a 30-minute wait after each call before another can be placed. Money orders can be up to $999.99, and approved ones process within ten business days after JPay receives them. There's no JPay fee for money orders, cashier's checks, or certified bank drafts.
