Make your money order payable to JPay. Using any other payee name can cause the payment to be rejected or delayed.

Mail your money order with the completed deposit slip to: JPay, PO Box 260010, Hollywood, FL 33026. Include the deposit slip so JPay can credit the funds to the right person.

The deposit form lists a maximum of $999.99 per money order. Sending more than that? Split the total into multiple money orders, each under the limit.

You must be on the inmate's Approved Visitors List to send money via money order. If you're not approved yet, your payment may be rejected. Confirm your status before mailing anything.

JPay processes approved money orders within ten (10) business days. There's no JPay fee for money orders, cashier's checks, or certified bank drafts.

If you need help completing the money order deposit form, call JPay at 800-574-5729.
