Charles B. Webster Detention Center uses a two-way, real-time video visitation system, so you and your loved one can see and speak with each other live. Every video visit has to be scheduled and approved ahead of time - walk-ins aren’t an option for video sessions.
You have two options to register for video visitation: create an account through InmateSales, or call customer service for help. The detention center lists customer service at 1-877-998-5678. InmateSales also shows 702-829-3001 - if one line is busy, try the other.
Tip: Have your information ready before you register or call - your ID details, plus the incarcerated person’s name and the basics you’ll be asked to confirm.
After you register, expect to wait up to 72 business hours for the Visitor Center to approve or deny your request. This waiting period is standard. Once a decision is made, you'll get an email with next steps.
You can't book too far ahead. Visits are scheduled starting the day before, up to one week in advance. Keep the weekly limit in mind: each inmate gets one (1) visit per week. If that slot is already taken, you'll need to wait until the following week.
Video visitation runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM. Note the midday break - no visits are available between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM.
Prefer to handle things in person? You can schedule an on-site visit using one of the two kiosks in the Visitor Center. This is the same space where family members connect via the two-way video system, and where inmate releases are processed. It can get busy, so plan accordingly.
