Charles B. Webster Detention Center uses two-way video visitation - you'll see and talk with your loved one on a screen while they stay in their housing area. The important thing to know: every visit must be scheduled and approved ahead of time. Walk-ins aren't an option. Each inmate gets one visit per week, so plan accordingly.
Video visits run Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM. Since inmates get one visit per week, pick a time slot that leaves room to reschedule if something comes up.
Schedule your on-site video visit using one of the two kiosks in the Visitor Center. You can book visits one day to one week in advance. Before heading over, confirm your visit is approved - not just scheduled. Approval is required before you'll be allowed in.
Arrive early enough to check in at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Show up late and you'll either lose part of your visit or be turned away entirely.
