How to Schedule an In-Person Visit at Chelan County Jail (Wednesday & Saturday)
In-person visits at Chelan County are limited to two short weekly windows, and you need to reserve a spot by phone. Once you know the visiting hours and the 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. call-in window, the process is straightforward.
Chelan County Regional Justice Center offers in-person visits just two days a week. Wednesdays run from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Before you try to schedule anything, confirm that the person you want to visit is eligible. Chelan County requires incarcerated individuals to have been in custody for more than 30 days before they can receive an in-person visit.
Each incarcerated person is limited to one in-person visit per week. The facility defines a "week" as the two visiting days (Wednesday and Saturday), so pick one of those days per cycle.
The call-in windows are strict, so pay close attention to the timing. For a Wednesday visit, you must call the same day (Wednesday) between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. to book your spot. For a Saturday visit, you need to call on the Friday before, also between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m.
Slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once they're gone, they're gone. You can't book in person either. Call the appointment line at (509) 667-6539 during the windows listed above.
