Video Visits at Chelan County Jail: How to Use the Free Lobby Monitors
No computer or smartphone? You can still do a video visit at Chelan County Regional Justice Center using the free lobby monitors. Here's how to schedule one and what to know before you go.
Video visits are available daily from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. through the Getting Out app. Plan around those hours when coordinating a time with the person you're visiting.
Not sure how to schedule, request, or accept a video visit? Check the "Getting Out Poster" in the CCRJC lobby - it walks you through the process step by step.
The jail has two computer monitors in the lobby for video visits. If you don't have a computer at home or your phone isn't an option, these are your on-site way to connect.
The lobby monitors are free to use - no charge for the equipment.
Even though the monitors are free, you'll need to register before scheduling a session. The jail doesn't publish the exact steps online, so check the "Getting Out Poster" in the CCRJC lobby for instructions or ask staff for help.
Warning: Any nudity shown during a visit will result in lost visitation privileges for the visitor. Repeated incidents may also cost the incarcerated person their video visit access.
