How to Visit Facility

Video visitation is available every day from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. You'll schedule visits through the Getting Out app.

In-person visits happen in two short windows each week: Wednesdays from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Each incarcerated person gets one in-person visit per week, and the facility counts the "week" as Wednesday and Saturday.

Time-sensitive: Check in at least 20 minutes before your scheduled visitation. If you're late or don't show up, you'll be marked as a "No Show" and locked out of rescheduling for 7 days.

No computer at home? The jail lobby has two free monitors you can use for visitation access. You'll still need to complete a registration process before scheduling time on them.

Conduct rule: Any nudity shown by a visitor will result in that visitor losing visitation privileges. If it happens again involving the same incarcerated person, that person may also lose video privileges.

How to Visit Facility
  1. Decide on video or in-person - Video visits can be scheduled daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on the Getting Out app.
  2. If you’re visiting in person, plan around the set windows - In-person visits are only Wednesdays (8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.) and Saturdays (2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.). Each incarcerated person gets one in-person visit per week (the week is Wednesday and Saturday).
  1. Arrive early enough to check in - You must be checked in 20 minutes before visitation.
  2. Avoid a “No Show” - If you’re late or you do not show up, you’ll be recorded as a “No Show” and you cannot reschedule visits for 7 days.
  • Use one of the two free computer monitors in the jail lobby if you do not have access to a computer.
  • Complete the required registration process to schedule your use of the lobby monitors.

Reminder: Keep your video visit appropriate. Nudity can cost you your visitation privileges, and repeated incidents connected to the same incarcerated person can lead to that person losing video privileges too.

Confirm the current schedule before planning your visit. Check that video visits are still available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and that the Getting Out app is still the scheduling method. Also re-check the in-person windows (Wednesdays 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Saturdays 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.).

Double-check how the 20-minute check-in requirement is enforced on the day you plan to visit. It's also worth confirming how "No Shows" are recorded, since being late or missing a visit triggers a 7-day lockout on rescheduling.

Planning to use the lobby monitors? Confirm they're available when you need them. Ask whether there are still two free monitors, what the current registration process looks like, and how far in advance you should schedule to avoid a wait.

Confirm the conduct standards for video visits and how penalties work. The facility can revoke a visitor's privileges for nudity, and repeat incidents tied to the same incarcerated person can result in that person losing video privileges as well.
