Sending Money to an Inmate at Chester County: Lobby Kiosk, GTL Online, and What to Know

The kiosk machine sits in the lobby at Chester County Correctional Center. If you're already heading to the facility, this is the easiest way to deposit funds - no mailing required.

Kiosk hours: The lobby kiosk is available daily from 6 AM to 10 PM.

  • Cash
  • Debit card
  • Credit card
  • Money orders are not accepted at the kiosks

Prefer to handle it from home? You can deposit with a debit or credit card through GTL Inmate Account Deposit. This works well if you can't make it to the facility during kiosk hours or simply want to skip the trip.

Important: When you make an online deposit through GTL, choose the inmate Trust Fund for the payment.

Here's something that catches people off guard: AdvancePay accounts through ConnectNetwork/ViaPath can become inactive after 180 consecutive days without use - and that balance may be subject to forfeiture. If you're not using the account regularly, keep an eye on that 180-day clock.

Good news: the timer resets whenever you use the account. Even one transaction during that window keeps your balance safe.

Refund help: To request a refund for an AdvancePay account, call ConnectNetwork customer service at 877-650-4249.
