Attorneys can visit their clients at Chilton County Jail. Visits must relate to the person's current incarceration - you can't meet with someone who isn't your current client.
You can meet face-to-face or use telephone visitation.
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID and your current Bar Card showing your ASB number. Staff check both before letting you in.
Reminder: If your Bar Card is not up-to-date, you will not be granted access.
Prohibited Items
- ✓ Electronic devices are not allowed in the presence of an inmate (including cellphones, computers, tablets, or similar devices).
- ✓ No bags, briefcases, purses, wallets, or keys are allowed in the presence of the inmate.
- ✓ If you need a pen, jail staff will provide one.
If you have a special circumstance and need an exception to the electronic-device or bag restrictions, you’ll need prior authorization from jail administration.

Morning hours run Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 11:00am.
Afternoon hours are Monday through Friday, 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
Evening visits are available Monday through Friday, 5:00pm to 7:00pm. All visits must wrap up by 8:00pm. Need to come outside these hours? Get approval from administration first.
