Scheduling Video Visits at Clinton County Jail — Onsite and Remote Options

There are two options. Onsite video visits use kiosks at the jail during specific time blocks. Remote video visits let you connect from home - or anywhere with internet - using Securus Video Connect on an app, computer, or tablet.

Onsite Schedule

• ✓ Sunday: 12:30–14:30
• ✓ Monday: 19:00–21:00
• ✓ Tuesday: 19:00–21:00
• ✓ Wednesday: 12:30–14:30

Onsite video visits are limited to two 20-minute sessions per week. If multiple family members want to visit, coordinate ahead of time so you don't burn through both sessions early in the week.

1. Decide who will use the two weekly visits - since only two 20-minute visits are allowed per week, pick the people who most need to connect that week.
2. Coordinate before anyone books - a quick group text or call can prevent double-booking and wasting one of the two slots.
3. Schedule as early as you can - once you know who’s visiting, reserving your time sooner helps you land the day-and-time block you want.
