Every Union Supply order includes a $2.95 shipping and handling charge. This fee is non-refundable, so double-check your totals before submitting.

For State Prisons and ITFs, GDC caps orders at $100 per offender or 15 lbs. per package - whichever you hit first. Your cart might be under $100, but if the package weighs 15 lbs., that's your limit.

Probation Detention Centers have tighter limits: $50 per offender or 7 lbs. per package, whichever comes first. Keep these caps in mind when selecting items.

Note: Orders for the same offender are subject to the same GDC limits - $100/15 lbs. for State Prisons and ITFs, and $50/7 lbs. for Probation Detention Centers.

Orders received after the deadline won't be accepted. Ordering windows can shift, so confirm the current cutoff before placing your order - especially if you're mailing it in.

Quick Checklist

  • If they’re at a Probation Detention Center, keep it within $50 per offender or 7 lbs. per package (whichever is reached first).
  • Choose an ordering method that works for you (mail, phone/toll-free phone, or fax).
