Coffee Creek’s visit scheduling change (effective Dec 1, 2025): what families must do

Starting December 1, 2025, you can't just show up and hope for a visit at Coffee Creek. In-person visits now require advance scheduling through ICSolutions—and you'll still need to be on the approved visitor list to get through the door.

As of December 1, 2025, all in-person visits at Coffee Creek must be scheduled through the ICSolutions Corrections website. Walk-ins are no longer accepted. If you don't have a scheduled visit, expect to be turned away.

Note: Special-housing visits (DSU, SHU, or MHI) can't be booked through ICSolutions - call the institution directly to arrange them. Adults in custody who are still in the intake process aren't eligible for visits.

Booking online is only half the equation. You still need to be on the adult in custody's (AIC's) approved visitors list before you can actually visit. Not sure if you're approved? Check with your incarcerated loved one first - otherwise you might schedule a visit you won't be allowed to complete.

Warning: The system may let you reserve a time even if you're not approved. The institution will deny your visit if you aren't on the AIC's approved list.

  • ✓ Don’t assume a reservation equals approval - if you aren’t approved, the visit can still be denied at the institution.

  • ✓ Double-check that your loved one isn’t in Coffee Creek’s intake process, since intake AICs aren’t eligible for visiting.
