Scheduling Your Visit at Coffee Creek: Using ICSolutions (effective Dec 1, 2025)
Visiting at Coffee Creek now starts online. Here's how to schedule through ICSolutions, what your confirmation code means, and what to do if you hit a snag.
Starting December 1, 2025, Coffee Creek requires all visits to be scheduled through the ICSolutions website. Walk-ins are no longer accepted - every visit must be booked ahead of time, just like a video visit.

Before you create an account and pick a time slot, confirm you're on the adult in custody's (AIC's) approved visitors list. The system may let you schedule even if you're not approved, but you'll be turned away at the door. Not sure? Check with your loved one to make sure your visiting status is current.
Heads up: Adults in custody who are in the intake process at Coffee Creek Correctional Facility aren’t eligible for visiting.
Special Housing exception: Visits for AICs in Special Housing (DSU, SHU, or MHI) can’t be scheduled through ICSolutions - you’ll need to call the institution directly to arrange those visits.
When you register with ICSolutions, pay attention to your confirmation code - it links your visit to your account. The code combines the telephone number on your ICSolutions account with the 4-digit PIN you chose during registration. If you ever need to recover your confirmation code, you can rebuild it from those two pieces.
Tip: If you call ICS Corrections at (888) 646-9437 for help, have your account phone number and your 4-digit PIN handy so you can quickly provide (or rebuild) your confirmation code.
- Log in to ICSolutions - visits at Coffee Creek must be scheduled through the IC Solutions Corrections (ICSolutions) website, and every visit has to be pre-scheduled.
- Select Coffee Creek and choose a visit time - pick the available date and time that works for you.
- Confirm your appointment - finish the booking and keep the confirmation details for your records.
Plan to arrive early. Many facilities require visitors to check in 15 to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. Coffee Creek may have its own check-in expectations, so read their visitation rules carefully before you go.

Do not wear blue or denim: Coffee Creek will deny entry if you show up wearing any blue and/or denim clothing.
Before you head out, double-check two things: you're on the AIC's approved visitors list, and your visit is confirmed in ICSolutions. Bring your valid ID and keep your confirmation code info handy - that's the phone number on your account plus your 4-digit PIN.
