Starting December 1, 2025, all visits at Coffee Creek Corrections Facility must be scheduled in advance through the IC Solutions Corrections (ICSolutions) website. You'll use the same system for both in-person and video visits. So even if you're planning to visit in person, handle the scheduling online before you head over.
