Who to Contact When You Have Questions About Visiting Coffee Creek

Visiting someone in Special Housing (DSU, SHU, or MHI)? The scheduling process is different. Call the institution directly at 503-570-6421 and ask for SHU staff to set up your visit.

Note: Special Housing visits cannot be scheduled through ICSolutions.

Starting December 1, 2025, all in-person visits must be scheduled through the IC Solutions Corrections (ICSolutions) website. If you're used to walk-ins or a different booking method, give yourself extra time to set up your account and reserve your visit before heading to the facility.
