Collier County Jail gives you three ways to deposit money into an inmate's account. For many families, the fastest route is online through JailATM.com with a credit or debit card. Prefer to handle it in person? JailATM kiosks in the jail lobbies are open 24/7 at both the Naples Jail Center (3347 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112) and the Immokalee Jail Center (302 Stockade Road, Immokalee, FL 34142). There's also a staffed option at the Naples Visitation Center, 3311 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112. That location is open 12:00 to 4:00 p.m., seven days a week.

Head to JailATM.com to deposit online. Collier County accepts credit and debit cards, so you can fund the account without making a trip to the jail. Have the inmate's identifying details ready before you start. If anything doesn't match what the jail has on file (a misspelling, the wrong location), your deposit can be delayed or credited to the wrong person.

  • Inmate’s full name
  • Inmate’s arrest number
  • Inmate’s location (which Collier facility they are housed in)
  • Inmate’s Social Security information (required for compliance with federal regulations)

If you'd rather deposit in person, JailATM kiosks are available around the clock in both jail lobbies. You'll find them at the Naples Jail Center Lobby (3347 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112) and the Immokalee Jail Center Lobby (302 Stockade Road, Immokalee, FL 34142).

If you'd prefer to work with a person instead of a machine, the Naples Visitation Center at 3311 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 handles staffed deposits. It's open daily from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m., seven days a week.

Collier County caps deposits at $300 per week per inmate account. If you're helping cover multiple expenses, keep that weekly limit in mind so you're not stuck waiting until the following week to add more.

  • Cash deposits: $3.25 fee per transaction
  • Credit card deposits: $3.25 fee for deposits of $25 or less per transaction
  • Credit card deposits: 10% of the deposit amount for deposits of $25 or more per transaction
  • Cost tip: If you can, plan deposits around the fee break at $25. A deposit that is just over $25 will be charged a percentage fee, so it can help to choose deposit amounts intentionally.

What to Bring

  • Inmate’s full name
  • Inmate’s arrest number
  • Inmate’s location (Naples or Immokalee)
  • Inmate’s Social Security information (required for online deposits for federal compliance)
  • Payment method: cash (if depositing cash) or a credit/debit card (if depositing online or by card)

Save your receipt or confirmation, especially if you're depositing close to the $300-per-week cap. Once you hit it, you'll have to wait until the next week to add more. Fees add up fast with lots of small transactions. Cash deposits carry a flat $3.25 fee each time. Credit card deposits are $3.25 at $25 or less, then 10% once the deposit amount is $25 or more. To keep costs down, choose your deposit amounts deliberately rather than making several last-minute transfers.
