Where to Send Mail and Money for Coweta County Jail Inmates: Postcards, Correspondence, and Money Orders
Coweta County Jail has separate addresses for postcards and money orders. Send to the wrong one, and your mail comes back. Here's how to get it right the first time.
Send postcards and general correspondence to the JailATM processing center in Atlanta. Include the inmate's full name and inmate number so it reaches the right person. Address it exactly like this: JailATM.com - Coweta County Jail, Inmate's Full Name/Inmate Number, 925 B Peachtree St., NE, Box 2062, Atlanta, GA. One Coweta County Jail FAQ page lists the ZIP as 30303 for this address.
Money orders go to a different address than postcards. Mail them to 560 Greison Trail, Newnan, Georgia 30263. Once received, the funds are deposited into the inmate's commissary account.
- ✓ Make the money order payable to “Coweta County Detention Center.”
- ✓ Write the inmate’s full name and ID number on the memo line.
- ✓ Add your name and address, and sign the money order.
Coweta County Jail only accepts envelopes for legal mail and money orders. Regular personal mail sent in envelopes won't be accepted - use postcards instead.
Double-check your address format before mailing. Coweta County's materials list the JailATM Atlanta address for postcards and correspondence, though the ZIP code isn't always shown consistently - one FAQ excerpt lists 30303.
Note: Postcards sent to 560 Greison Trail will be returned to sender (policy effective 01/01/2021). That address is only for money orders. Make sure you're using the correct address for what you're sending.
