Setting up your first video visit with someone at Coyote Ridge Corrections Center (Securus)

Before you can schedule a video visit at Coyote Ridge Corrections Center (CRCC), you'll need to complete the Department of Corrections visitor application. The Department only accepts electronic applications for prison visits - no mailing paperwork. CRCC has its own visitor guidelines, visiting hours, and event calendar. 1. Start your Securus account setup - follow the Securus prompts to create a visitor profile for video visits.

4. Leave out your middle name and middle initial - even if you normally use it, don’t include it in your Securus profile for CRCC video visits.

Once you're approved, you'll schedule video visits through Securus. CRCC requires at least 24 hours advance notice, so don't wait until the last minute if you want a specific day or time.
