Your visitor application must be completed and approved before you can schedule an in-person visit. If you haven't been approved yet, get that done first - then book your appointment.
Each incarcerated person can have a maximum of 18 approved visitors. If you're being added later, someone else may already be taking up a slot on their list.

Warning: Cell phones, smartwatches, cameras, recording devices, and smart/AI glasses are not allowed inside Craggy Correctional Center. Cell phones count as contraband - leave them in your car.
