Crisp County Detention Center uses Securus for inmate phone service. To receive calls or fund prepaid collect/direct-bill calling, create a Securus account online or call 1-800-844-6591. Local calls run $0.06 per minute, with a 25-minute maximum per call. Funding a Securus prepaid collect account? Deposits have a $0.00 funding fee and are capped at $200.00 per deposit. Offenders can also transfer money from their trust account to a Securus debit calling account in $1 increments. Calls only go to numbers on the offender's Call Allow List, and they may be monitored and recorded. Call forwarding and three-way calling aren't allowed. Phone access depends on facility rules, so confirm what's permitted for the offender's current status.

Check the facility mailing address in the GDC “Find a Facility” tool before you send anything. On every piece of mail, include the inmate’s full name and GDC/inmate number.
Yes. Order food packages through Union Supply by mailing an order to the vendor's Dallas, TX address, or by phone (1-562-361-5719 or 1-855-247-0563) or fax (1-310-603-1188). Orders include a $2.95 shipping and handling charge and must follow GDC limits.
GDC vendor-package limits are $100 or 15 lbs per offender for state prisons/ITFs, and $50 or 7 lbs per offender for probation detention centers. If multiple orders are placed, they’re consolidated into one package that won’t exceed the spending or weight limit.
