You have two options for requesting an in-person visit at Crowley Correctional Facility. Call the visitation line at 719-267-3548 ext. 23898 (Thursday through Monday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.), or email crowleyvisitation@corecivic.com with visitor names, inmate information, and your requested date.

How to Schedule an In-Person Visit at Crowley Correctional Facility

Prefer to schedule by phone? Call 719-267-3548 and use ext. 23898. The visitation office takes requests Thursday through Monday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Calling during that window gives you the best shot at reaching someone.

  • ✓ A copy of a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID for the visiting application
  • ✓ An ID address that matches the address you put on the visiting application (a mismatch can lead to denial)
  • ✓ Your current, unexpired photo ID handy so you can keep your information consistent from the application through the day you visit

To request a visit by email, send your message to crowleyvisitation@corecivic.com. Include the visitors' names, the incarcerated person's name, their CDOC number, and your requested visit date. This gives the visitation office everything they need to process your request.

Note: After you email your request, a verification email will be sent back to confirm the visit. Save that message so you can refer to it later.

Can't get through on the visitation extension? Call the facility switchboard at 719-267-3548 and ask to be connected to visitation (ext. 23898). If you've tried multiple times, jot down the date and time of each call - this helps if you need to explain what you've already attempted.

After emailing your request, watch for a verification email confirming the visit. Save it somewhere easy to find. Also, make sure your visiting application includes a copy of a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Double-check that the address on your ID matches what you listed on the application - a mismatch can get your application denied.
