Where to Send Your Crowley Visiting Application (PPMU and Facility Options)
Crowley visiting applications can go to two places: CDOC's Private Prison Monitoring Unit (PPMU) by mail or email. Getting the address and documents right the first time saves you from delays and denials.
For Crowley, submit your visiting application to CDOC's Private Prison Monitoring Unit (PPMU) - not directly to the facility. You can mail it or email it. To mail your application, send it to: Attention: Private Prison Monitoring Unit Colorado Department of Corrections Headquarters 1250 Academy Park Loop Colorado Springs, CO 80910 To email your application, send it to: Doc_PPMU_Visiting@state.co.us
Need to confirm a visit or check the schedule? Use Crowley's visitation contacts instead of the PPMU channels. Call 719-267-3548 ext. 23898 or email crowleyvisitation@corecivic.com. These are for scheduling questions - not for submitting your application.
Include a copy of a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID with your application. The address on your ID must match the address you write on the application - mismatches can get you denied. Double-check both before you send anything.
Application Limits
- ✓ Only one (1) adult name per application will be permitted.
Ready to submit? Use one of the two Crowley-approved routes: mail your application to the PPMU at CDOC Headquarters, or email it to Doc_PPMU_Visiting@state.co.us. Either way, send the complete packet - including your valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID - so you don't lose time to a preventable denial.
Requesting a special visit - typically for infrequent visitors or those traveling long distances? You'll need a Special Visitation Application. Submit that request to the location listed on the facility's page, since special-visit submissions follow facility-specific instructions.
