How the New Oregon Visit Scheduling System Works (What Deer Ridge Visitors Need to Know)

Starting December 1, 2025, all in-person visits must be scheduled through the IC Solutions Corrections website. Here's what catches people off guard: booking a time slot online doesn't mean you're approved to visit. The facility still requires pre-approval separately. Think of it this way - the website handles scheduling, but the institution decides who gets through the door.

1. Create your ICSolutions account - Register with IC Solutions and set up your profile so you can schedule visits online.
2. Choose a 4-digit PIN during registration - Pick a PIN you’ll remember; you’ll need it later as part of your confirmation code.
3. Add the telephone number you’ll use on your account - The phone number tied to your account matters because it becomes part of your onsite login.
4. Know your onsite confirmation code - At the facility’s onsite video visitation station, you’ll be required to enter a confirmation code made of the telephone number on your ICSolutions account plus the 4-digit PIN you chose when registering.
5. Schedule the visit through IC Solutions - Once your account is set up, book your in-person visit through the IC Solutions Corrections scheduling system.

You'll schedule Deer Ridge in-person visits through the IC Solutions Corrections website. If you've booked video visits before, this will feel familiar - same system, same pre-scheduling process.
