Starting Dec 1, 2025: How to Schedule Your Deer Ridge Visit Through ICS Corrections

Starting December 1, 2025, all in-person visits at Deer Ridge must be scheduled through the IC Solutions Corrections website. Walk-ins are no longer accepted - every visit needs to be booked before you show up.

First, create an ICSolutions account. You'll pick a username, set a password (entered twice to confirm), and choose a 4-digit PIN. Pick a PIN you'll actually remember - it's not just for account security. You'll need it during check-in.

Once your account is ready, schedule your visit through IC Solutions Corrections. Deer Ridge requires all visits to be pre-scheduled, and the booking process is the same one used for video visitation - so if you've booked a video visit before, this will feel familiar.

Before picking a date and time, confirm you're on the adult in custody's approved visitors list. The system may let you schedule even if you're not approved - but you'll be turned away at the door. Not sure if your approval is current? Check with your incarcerated loved one first so you don't lose your slot.

Give yourself plenty of time. Some facilities require visitors to arrive 15 to 30 minutes early, so read the visitation rules carefully and build in a buffer. Double-check your approved status before you leave home - being scheduled doesn't guarantee entry if your approval isn't in place.

Your ICSolutions confirmation code combines two things: your account phone number and the 4-digit PIN you chose during registration. If you forget your PIN, you won't be able to provide the code when asked. Keep both your phone number and PIN somewhere accessible on visit day.
