Starting December 1: How to Schedule Your Deer Ridge Visit Using ICSolutions

Starting December 1, 2025, all in-person visits must be pre-scheduled through the IC Solutions Corrections website. No more showing up and hoping to get in - your visit won't count unless it's booked through the system first.

First, register for an ICSolutions account. During signup, you'll create a 4-digit PIN - keep it somewhere safe. Your confirmation code is your account phone number plus that PIN, and you'll need both to log in and confirm visit details later.

Once your account is ready, schedule your Deer Ridge visit through the IC Solutions Corrections website. Timing matters here: starting December 1, 2025, visits must be booked in advance. Don't wait until the day you want to go. Lock in your visit first, then plan your travel around it.

Still need visitor approval? Pay close attention to the Visiting Application (CD 50). Every field must be filled out - incomplete applications get returned. You only get one application per visitor, so take your time and double-check everything before submitting.

Tips Travel

• ✓ Confirm you’re on the adult in custody’s approved visitors list before you schedule - if you aren’t approved, the visit will be denied at the institution.
• ✓ Complete the Visiting Application (CD 50) fully; incomplete applications are returned.
• ✓ Submit only one CD 50 per visitor.
• ✓ Treat your scheduling confirmation as “necessary but not sufficient” - approval status still controls whether you’ll be allowed in.

Bring the ID the facility requires, and make sure the name matches what you used when applying and scheduling. If anything about your ID or visitor status has changed since your last visit, sort it out before you travel - otherwise you might lose the trip.
