Whether you're visiting at the on-site video center or connecting remotely, you must be on the inmate's approved visitation list. No approval, no visit - it's that simple. There's also a frequency limit: approved visitors can only visit once per week. Plan accordingly.

Good to know: Use of the jail’s video visitation center is free.

All visits are appointment-only, and you must schedule at least 24 hours in advance. You have two options: walk into the jail and schedule in person, or register and book online through GettingOut. Phone scheduling isn't available here. You'll need to use the in-person or online option to lock in your time.

On-site video visits run daily in two time blocks: 8:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 9:50 p.m. Pick an appointment within those windows. Each inmate can have two 30-minute visits per week at the visitation center. Keep in mind that approved visitors are limited to one visit per week - so if you hit a conflict when booking, follow what staff and the scheduling system allow for your situation.

On Site Checkin

  • Bring a valid government-issued photo ID (for example: driver’s license, state ID, or military ID).
  • Leave tobacco products at home or in your vehicle - none are allowed inside during a visit.
  • Leave your cell phone and other electronic devices behind; they aren’t allowed inside.
  • Plan ahead because the facility does not provide storage for tobacco, phones, or other electronics during your visit.

Even with approval and a scheduled time, certain housing assignments can block visitation. Inmates in maximum security or mental health areas are not permitted to have visitors. If your loved one is in one of those areas, you won't be able to book an on-site session.

Warning: If staff believe you’re under the influence of alcohol or drugs, you will be denied entrance.
