New Vending Machine Rules at DRDC: Card-Only Purchasing and One-Card Limit

As of February 26, 2025, the vending machines in DRDC visiting areas only accept cards. Cash won't work anymore. If you've been bringing bills for snacks or drinks during visits, switch to a credit or debit card instead.

Here's the catch: you can only bring one card into the visiting area for vending purchases. If you usually carry multiple cards, pick one before heading inside.

Make sure it's your card. The name on your vending card must match your ID. Borrowing someone else's card - even a family member's - can cause problems at the machines.
