Trying to schedule a visit or send paperwork for someone at the Denver Reception and Diagnostic Center (DRDC)? These contacts will get you to the right place fast.
For general questions, start with the DRDC switchboard at 303-371-4804. This number also connects you to Warden Ryan Long's office - it's the right front door when you're not sure which department you need.
Questions about scheduling a visit? Contact the Visiting Department directly. DRDC requires appointments, and you can arrange them by calling (303) 307-2362 or emailing doc_drdc_visiting@state.co.us. Use that same email for submitting visiting applications.
Scheduling window: DRDC takes appointment requests 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Monday–Thursday and 8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Friday. You can't book more than seven days out, so calling too early won't help.

- ✓ Call if you’re trying to schedule within the allowed window - DRDC won’t schedule visits more than seven days out.
- ✓ Email doc_drdc_visiting@state.co.us to reach the Visiting Department for visiting appointments and to submit visiting applications/paperwork.
- ✓ If you’re outside the posted scheduling hours, email the Visiting Department instead of calling and expecting to schedule right then.
