Who to Call When You Have Questions About Someone at DRDC

For general questions, start with the DRDC switchboard at 303-371-4804. This number also connects you to Warden Ryan Long's office - it's the right front door when you're not sure which department you need.

Questions about scheduling a visit? Contact the Visiting Department directly. DRDC requires appointments, and you can arrange them by calling (303) 307-2362 or emailing doc_drdc_visiting@state.co.us. Use that same email for submitting visiting applications.

Scheduling window: DRDC takes appointment requests 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Monday–Thursday and 8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Friday. You can't book more than seven days out, so calling too early won't help.

Need directions or dropping something off? DRDC is at 10900 Smith Road, Denver, CO 80239.

For mail, use the mailing address: PO Box 392004, Denver, CO 80239. Sending visiting-related paperwork like an application? You can also email it to the Visiting Department at doc_drdc_visiting@state.co.us.
