Who to Call When You Have Questions About Visiting DRDC
Trying to schedule a visit, submit an application, or figure out who handles denials? Here are the DRDC contacts that'll get you to the right place.
For general questions at Denver Reception and Diagnostic Center (DRDC), start with the switchboard: 303-371-4804. It's the best all-purpose number when you're not sure which office handles your situation.

DRDC’s mailing address is P.O. Box 392004, Denver, CO 80239. If you’re mailing a completed visiting application, address it to: Attention: Visiting Department, Denver Reception and Diagnostic Center, P.O. Box 392004, Denver, CO 80239.
For visiting appointments, call the DRDC visiting line at (303) 307-2362. This is also where to call if you need to request reconsideration after a denial - just ask for Visiting Staff.
Prefer email? You can request appointments at doc_drdc_visiting@state.co.us. Use the same address to submit completed visiting applications electronically.
Note: DRDC will send a reply confirmation email once your visit has been approved or denied.

Scheduling hours are Monday–Thursday 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m., and Friday 8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Emails that arrive after hours get handled the next business day, processed in the order they came in. One more thing: appointments can't be made more than seven days in advance.

- ✓ The visit date/time you’re requesting
- ✓ A phone number where you can be reached
- ✓ Any completed visiting application or other required info from the Colorado DOC Visiting Applications page, attached if you’re emailing
Once your visiting application is complete, submit it by email to doc_drdc_visiting@state.co.us or mail it to Attention: Visiting Department, Denver Reception and Diagnostic Center, P.O. Box 392004, Denver, CO 80239.
Note: Emails received after scheduling hours are processed the next business day, and you’ll get a confirmation email once the visit is approved or denied.
