Who to Contact at DWCF When You Have Questions About Visiting, Money, or Policies

For general questions, start with the DWCF switchboard at 303-307-2500. This is the best number when you're not sure which department you need, or when you just want basic facility information before following up with a specific office.

Visits at DWCF require an appointment. To schedule one by phone, call (303) 307-2544 Monday through Thursday between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM. One thing to keep in mind: appointments can't be made more than seven days in advance, so don't call too early or you'll be turned away.
