Why You Should Arrive 15 Minutes Early for a Potomac Highlands Visit

Potomac Highlands requires visitors to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled visit to sign in. That early arrival window is part of the process, not extra time built into your visit.

Sign-in means registering at the facility entrance with valid photo identification. Show up right at your start time, and you'll be trying to complete that registration step after your slot has already begun.

Late arrivals don't get a reset or extension. You'll only receive whatever time is left in your assigned slot, which can turn a meaningful visit into a rushed few minutes.

1. Plan to be there 15 minutes early. That is the facility’s expectation for signing in.
2. Build in extra buffer time. Leave yourself room for normal delays so you are not walking in right at the start of your slot.
