Overview

Dodge Corrections Inst. (DCI) offers on-unit video visits that must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance and no more than seven days ahead. These are not available for RHU placements. Each video visit lasts 25 minutes, and you may need to show photo ID when the visit begins. If either you or the person in custody is more than 10 minutes late, the visit automatically cancels. Wisconsin DOC policy provides one free video visit per week for each person in DOC care. General Population inmates can purchase up to 12 additional paid 25-minute visits per month at $2.50 each when operations permit. For technical or account issues, DOC directs families to vendor support (ICSolutions/GTL). DOC is also transitioning tablet messaging to ICSolutions, so families should create a GettingOut (GTL) account and keep CorrLinks accounts open until further notice.
