Visiting at Dodge State Prison takes some planning, but the schedule is straightforward. General-population in-person visits are held Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. People housed in segregation have designated visiting days on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Every visit requires a request ahead of time, and deadlines are firm: weekend requests must be in by 5:00 PM on Wednesday of the same week, and state-holiday requests are due by 5:00 PM three days before the holiday. Not an immediate family member? You may still be eligible if the offender submits a Significant Relationship Visitor Application for warden review. Visits can be denied or revoked for contraband concerns, deception on forms, repeated warnings, or special security needs. Schedule early and follow check-in and dress rules closely.

Dodge State Prison uses Securus for telephone service. To receive calls, set up a vendor account with Securus on their website or by calling 1-800-844-6591. Then verify and fund the option you choose (prepaid, collect, or direct-bill) so the person inside can reach you. Rates at this facility are $0.06 per minute, with a 25-minute call running $1.50. Prepaid collect deposits are limited to $200 per deposit. Be aware that calls may be monitored and recorded. Call forwarding and three-way calling are not allowed, and each call is capped at 25 minutes.
