For information about someone housed at Wyatt, call 401-729-1190 between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. For ICE case-information requests, you can email Boston.Outreach@ice.dhs.gov. That mailbox does not accept applications for a Stay of Removal or Case Appeals. For a person in ICE custody, you may provide items determined necessary solely for travel or release from agency custody with approval from the ICE Deportation Officer. Once you have the applicable approval, the property drop-off location is 1000 District Avenue, Burlington, MA 01803, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., separate from Wyatt in Central Falls. Confirm drop-off hours with the facility before you travel. You can mail ICE service feedback to the Field Office Director, Enforcement and Removal Operations, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, at 1000 District Ave, Burlington, MA 01803. If you believe an ICE or contract-services employee mistreated you, the Field Office Director, ICE Office of Professional Responsibility and DHS Office of Inspector General are alternative complaint channels, not steps you must follow in order.
