Shipping fee: Union Supply charges $2.95 for shipping and handling on all orders. This fee is non-refundable, so factor it into your total.
For State Prisons and ITFs - including Dooly State Prison - GDC caps packages at $100 per person or 15 lbs., whichever you hit first. A lighter but pricier order can still max out on cost, and a heavier order can hit the weight limit even if you're under $100.
Probation Detention Centers have lower limits: $50 per person or 7 lbs. per package, whichever comes first. Same ordering process, just less room before you hit the cap.
Heads up about multiple orders: If more than one order is placed for the same person, Union Supply combines them into a single package. That combined package still can't exceed the spending or weight limits.
Plan ahead. Orders must reach Union Supply by their deadline to be accepted. Before ordering, check the current order form and item list to make sure you're choosing food items pre-approved for GDC delivery.
One exception: Riverbend Private Prison in Georgia doesn't use Union Supply. That facility uses Access Securepak for packages until further notice.
