Douglas County Jail uses video visitation—both on-site and remote. Three video units are available in the Justice Building 3rd-floor lobby, Monday–Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (excluding holidays). One unit is ADA accessible, and using the lobby units is free. The lobby closes on facility holidays: New Year's Day, MLK Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, and Thanksgiving. Prefer visiting from home? Remote video visits are available through a vendor portal for a fee.
