Your first option is the free on-site visit. Each inmate gets two 25-minute visits per week at the jail's visitation area. No fees, and you get face-to-face time.

The second option is off-site video visitation. Inmates can have one 15-minute off-site visit per day, and visitors pay a fee. The trade-off? Flexibility. You can schedule these for evenings, weekends, and holidays - a lifesaver if you work during the day or live far away.

Quick comparison: On-site visits are free (two 25-minute visits per week). Off-site visits are paid (one 15-minute visit per day).

The jail's visiting week starts on Monday. Weekly limits - like the two free on-site visits - reset at the start of each week.

On-site visits run Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The exact times available depend on the inmate's housing unit, so your options may vary.

Can't make weekday daytime hours? That's where paid off-site visits come in. They're available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  2. Pick your visit time at least 24 hours ahead - visits must be scheduled through JAIL ATM at least 24 hours in advance of when you want to visit.
  3. Choose the visit type you need - select an on-site visit if you’re going to the jail, or an off-site visit if you’re visiting by video from elsewhere.

Only one visitor at a time is allowed during visits. If multiple family members want to visit, you'll need to take turns rather than go in together.
