How to Schedule Your First In-Person Visit at Eastern Correctional Institution (ECI)

Once you've sent your request, staff will review it and respond with either a confirmation or denial. Wait for that written confirmation before traveling to ECI. Sending the email doesn't mean your visit is scheduled.

2. Resend your request if you don’t hear back - send the same details again to the visitation request email.

Expect to complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire when you arrive. Give yourself extra time so you're not rushing through check-in.
