How to Schedule Your First In-Person Visit at Eastern Correctional Institution (ECI)

What to Include in Email
- ✓ Your full name (as it appears on your ID)
- ✓ Your relationship to the incarcerated person
- ✓ The incarcerated person’s full name
- ✓ The incarcerated person’s ID number
- ✓ A couple of preferred dates/times for the visit
- ✓ A phone number where you can be reached
Give the facility time to respond. If you haven't heard back after a few days, call the main line to check on your request and confirm your email was received.

- Watch for confirmation - Don’t make travel plans until you have a response confirming what’s been scheduled.
